To change your wallpaper, right click anywhere on your desktop and select Properties in the drop down box. A dialog box will appear. At the top of your dialog box click on the Desktop Tab. That will bring up your wallpaper window. Under Background scroll through the backgrounds to choose the wallpaper that you want. Once you have chosen the one you like, click Apply, then OK. And that's it. You have changed your wallpaper.

If you want to use an image that isn't in your Background window, simply click on Browse. That will bring up the window for you to locate the image on your computer that you want to use. Once you have located your image click OK. Then click Apply and then OK.

If you see a wallpaper on the Internet that you want to use as a wallpaper, simply right click on the wallpaper and select Set As Wallpaper. That will place it on your desktop.
